I placed an order with Nicole Scapik at the end of July and have not received my order or my money back. She since stopped returning my calls. I am very upset since since over 6 months I have spent a lot of money with scents. I do believe in your products but it doesn't seem like I can trust your consultants. Is it standard scentsy policy to allow consultants to "steal" potential customers from other company's consultants by posting on other's social media posts? I am a pink zebra consultant and have had the following very negative experience with a scentsy consultant. I posted in a Facebook garage sale group last night to grow my team and Jessica graae responded to a potential customer that she could bring her a book. Ok, no big deal. Until I go on her fb page and see that she is posting as a scentsy consultant. If I had ever considered buying scentsy, I certainly would never buy any of it now! I am very, highly, completely ticked off! This is totally unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect by all scentsy reps! She has been reported to pink zebra, in case she is a rep, and now I’m reporting her to scentsy as well. I have a complaint against consultant Celeste Friedrichs #514435. She has repeatedly promised me bars but has yet to deliver them. Hello. I purchased the Boho Chic Scentsy Warmer some months back and shortly after noticed that the scent bars were not warming and losing scent. I thought maybe it have been the been the lights so I exchanged the lights with Scentsy blbs and still no change. Hi, I wanted to let you know that I had. Warner short circuit on me. It burnt through the bottom of the warmer and burnt my counter. I'm not sure if you are aware of this as it is dangerous and could possible be a defect in this warmer. It is the brown warmer with a silver horse shoe and silver star inside of the horse shoe.
