I had new glass cover lift and crack after one month. Ordered a replacement and took almost four weeks to get. So I am getting ready to install and it is titanium color, not! I paid for clear glass, clearly ordered this product but whoever shipped did not send correct one. Now on hold for 20+ minutes trying to get them to send correct one. Obviously need to choose a different brand next time. I could easily go to Best Buy and spend my money elsewhere.Posted on May 18, 2016

So, I just ordered my replacement invisible shield through ZAGG and I am getting ready to place it on my screen by taking my old one off, cleaning my screen, and pulling out the new one. As soon as I pull it out, the replacement shield is even more cracked than the one I just took off. I did not pay shipping and handling to have a new iPhone 6s shield to be damaged. Now, I have to pay another shipping and handling fee for a NEW ZAGG invisible shield; however, I am going out of town for Christmas and now will not be back to my primary residence until January, so now my brand new iPhone 6s has to go without a screen protector for that long. I should not have to pay the return fees on this damaged product or have to pay for the shipping and handling for this product AND a new one since this was not my doing. It is still in the original wrapping to prove I have not even placed it on my screen. It is completely shattered at the top and there is no way I will be putting this product on my phone.Posted on Dec 13, 2015
